Ask anyone who manages property what actually eats their day, and it’s rarely the properties themselves — it’s the admin around them. A Gas Safety certificate expiring quietly in an inbox. A tenant’s forwarding address written on a sticky note that’s now gone. A spreadsheet with three versions floating between two people’s laptops, none of them the current one. None of it is hard work exactly — it’s just relentless, easy to lose track of, and expensive when it slips.

For a small operator managing a handful of properties, that’s a daily headache. For a growing agency or a head of real estate overseeing a whole portfolio, it becomes something more serious: a real visibility and accountability problem, where it’s genuinely hard to know what’s outstanding, what’s overdue, and who’s supposed to be dealing with it.

LetCore is our attempt to bring all of that into one place: a single, organised system of record for your properties, tenancies, compliance items and tasks, with UK property-management requirements — Gas Safety, EICR, EPC, HMO licensing — built in from the start rather than bolted on as an afterthought.

We’re early-stage, and we’d rather say that plainly than dress it up. LetCore is a working product we’re actively developing and refining based on how real property managers actually use it day to day, not a finished platform with every corner solved. If something’s missing or clunky, we want to hear about it — that feedback is exactly how the roadmap gets set.
